Rich Newton has been involved in commercial real estate for eleven years, eight with THE MYRICK COMPANY, LLC. He has brokered transactions involving undeveloped commercial and industrial land and investment properties. He has worked with national and region companies such as Shell Oil Company, IBM and Arvida Communities, as well as many local companies and investors in the Atlanta area. Mr. Newton is a native of Atlanta. He is a graduate of The Westminster School and he received a BA from the University of Georgia in 1984. Mr. Newton is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.
